Jack de Flamingh

Jack is widely recognised as a leader in employment and workplace relations. Working closely with clients in the sensitive area of employment and industrial relations, Jack is noted for the understanding he brings to matters across a range of industries including tertiary education. Jack’s advice is practical, commercial and focused on long term workplace outcomes.

Jack is involved in the development of IR strategies and the negotiation and interpretation of industrial instruments. He acts for clients in the Federal Court on some leading industrial law test cases, and he regularly appears in the Fair Work Commission where he helps clients resolve collective and individual employee disputes.
